These terms cover the use of this website and the phone line. Work on a specific job is covered by the scope and price we explain before it starts.
Using this website
The information on this site is general. It describes how water damage restoration and mold remediation usually work and is not advice about your specific building, policy or health. Conditions differ, and only an on-site assessment can tell what a particular loss needs.
Phone calls
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling, you understand this and agree that we may use the call to dispatch a crew and document the job.
Scope, price and authorization
We explain the scope and price before work starts. Work begins only after you or an authorized representative agree to it. If conditions change during a job, such as hidden damage found behind a wall, we explain the change before continuing.
No guarantees about insurance or timing
We document damage to support an insurance claim, but we do not decide coverage and we do not promise what an insurer will approve. We offer same-day response when available and do not guarantee a specific arrival time.
Service area
Coverage is described on our service area page. We may decline work outside it or work that is outside our services, such as fire damage or waterproofing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law or limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
